What is vinyasa yoga?

Vinyasa means to flow with the breath, this style of yoga links asana (posture) with breath, to create a flowing practise, that eventually becomes a form of moving meditation. This type of yoga helps to build heat and create a balanced action between strength and flexibility in the body.
